UCLG-MEWA delegation will pay a visit to Dr. Kadir Topbaş, Mayor of Istanbul and President of UCLG World Organization, on 1 August 2016 at 16:00, to offer condolences for the ones who lost their lives for the sake of democracy and national will, during the coup attempt in Turkey, on 15 July 2016.
