Every three years, UCLG-MEWA identifies its strategic priorities, updates its governing bodies and the administrative staff and sets a new roadmap for its activities. The strategic priorities, shaped by the suggestions of the UCLG-MEWA members and stakeholders, are gathered at the UCLG-MEWA Retreat which is held every year where major topics of the following three years agenda are discussed.
