Mehmet Duman, Secretary General of United Cities and Local Governments Middle East and West Asia Section (UCLG-MEWA), Mohamed Sefiani, Mayor of Chefchaouen (Morocco), Diane Nasseneba Toure, Mayor of Odienné (Ivory Coast) and UCLG-MEWA Staff paid a visit to Gebze Municipality.
Adnan Köşker, Mayor of Gebze and UCLG-MEWA Treasurer, provided information about Gebze to the delegation and made a presentation about their municipal works to the guest Mayors. After the presentation, the delegation paid several technical visits to places including the historical and natural beauties of Gebze.
