📢 Applications are Now Open for the UCLG-MEWA Volunteering Program
The UCLG-MEWA Volunteering Program offers young people an opportunity to gain knowledge and practical experience in local governance, sustainable development and international municipal cooperation.
Throughout the Program, volunteers will become familiar with the work of UCLG-MEWA and the wider UCLG network, explore global agendas from a local government perspective and strengthen their research, advocacy and communication skills.
Participants will select one of UCLG-MEWA’s thematic committees, explore its priorities and related international frameworks, engage with international days and advocacy processes, and develop a committee-based output on a topic of their interest.

- Final Presentation and Evaluation
👥 The Program is open to undergraduate and graduate students as well as recent graduates from fields such as Political Science, International Relations, Public Administration, Urban and Regional Planning, Economics and other related disciplines.
