Istanbul International Environment Summit, this year under the theme “Transformation for Livable Environment”, organized by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, has started today at the Avrasya Show and Art Center in Istanbul. Mehmet Duman, UCLG-MEWA Secretary-General participated in the opening ceremony. UCLG-MEWA is also represented at the summit with a stand displaying publications and information about the latest activities.
