UCLG-MEWA Committee on Social Inclusion Meeting was held on 17 October 2017 under the auspices of Beylikdüzü Municipality
United Cities and Local Governments Middle East and West Asia Section (UCLG-MEWA) 1st Meeting of Committee on Social Inclusion was held on 17 October 2017 under the auspices of Beylikdüzü Municipality, President of UCLG-MEWA Committee on Social Inclusion with participation of local representatives from 8 countries.
In the meeting where the UCLG-MEWA Committee on Social Inclusion 2017-2018 Program of Activities was accepted; Amman Municipality, Güzelyurt Municipality and Saida Municipality were elected as Co-Presidents of the Committee.
The Committee has been enlarged and strengthened with the admission of the following new members: of Amman Municipality, Arap Town Organization, Assoun Municipality, Bakhoun Municipality, Beit El Fakes Municipality, Union of Bikaa Awsat Municipalities, Bkarsouna Municipality, Union of Dannieh Municipalities, Dura Municipality, Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality, Güzelyurt Municipality, Halhul Municipality, Karesi Municipality, Korsayta Municipality, Makseh Municipality, Maltepe Municipality, Union of Mennieh Municipalities, Nusierat Municipality, Union of Sahel Municipalities, Saida Municipality, Syr Municipality, Urla Municipality, Union of Wadi Khaled Municipalities.
