As the thirteenth session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku approaches, partner-led events provide a valuable opportunity to show how your work contributes to solving the global housing crisis.
Event Categories
Partners are invited to apply to host one event in any of the following seven categories:
- Networking Events
- One UN
- SDGs in Action
- Urban Cinema
- Urban Library
- Voices from Cities
- WUF Academy
Please note that each partner may submit one application per category.
How to Apply
We would like to remind you that applications must be submitted through the UN-Habitat Global Event Management System, accessible via this link. Keep in mind that this call is for Partner-Led Events, which have an earlier application deadline than the Main Event. All applications must be submitted by 03 February 2026. It is important to note that late applications will not be considered.
The WUF13 background paper is now available – a useful reference for anyone preparing an event proposal.
The Urban Expo
The Urban Expo will gather governments, cities, UN entities, academia, civil society, development banks, and private-sector innovators in one vibrant space. If you have a solution to showcase, this is your platform.
